Unlike other Mountain Bike Trail Centres, we are located in a village. So there are plenty of amenities close by in the beautiful village of Rostrevor. Rostrevor mountain bike centre is operated by East Coast Adventure Centre. Follow signs for Kibroney Forest Park. You will find us in the Cafe Car Park.
Mountain Bike Hire is available onsite from a hardtail, full suspension, and E-Mountain Bike Hire. Rostrevor Mountain Bike Centre is also an E-Mountain Bike Test Centre for Chain Reaction Cycles
An Uplift Service operates at weekends and Bank Holidays (both Northern & Southern)

The Trails: We offer some challenging mountain biking where efforts are rewarded with incredible coastal views and exhilarating singletrack descents. With a mouth-watering 27km red trail and a hair raising 19km black trail, Rostrevor is believed by many to be the top spot for mountain biking in Ireland. Two purpose-built downhill trails to the mix, there’s no denying it.
The Red Bull Fox Hunt has been taking place here for several years. Rostrevor is a mountain bikers’ haven. Glamping pod accommodation is located three miles from the trails, offering secure lock-up at East Coast Adventure Centre, the National Trail Centre for Northern Ireland.
Directions from Town
Rostrevor trail is located in Kilbroney Forest Park just off the A2 between Newry and Kilkeel. From Belfast (1hr), take the M1/A1 to Newry before following the A2 via Warrenpoint. From Dublin (90mins), take the M1/N1 to Newry where you will join the A2
