Stephen, still in his twenties, is already a well established and prolific Artist, painting in an extremely confident and unique style, at a skill level many years ahead. His works have collected the world over.
Stephen Rooney is a young Artist from the beautiful Kingdom of Mourne, Northern Ireland, inspired by the landscapes and skies.
To date, Stephen has a growing number of collectors in the UK, Europe and America, and has gained recognition through awards, a successful five-day solo exhibition in a well-known venue, as well as exhibiting in Italy, and being commissioned to paint for a world-renowned, American singer.
All paintings are worked in watercolour or oil and are executed in a unique, traditional style. Stephen can paint all matter of subjects, however, his favourite subject area would be landscaped with his signature skies.
