Coney Island, made famous by Van Morrison, is a secluded bay near Ardglass in County Down.

The cottage has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area all with sea views, wood burning stove, TV and free WiFi. The freestanding island in the kitchen area is perfect for sitting round to chat, while preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen. The comfortable lounge area is a relaxing and cosy space with TV, board games, books, DVD’s, and jigsaws all available.

Coney Island is situated between Ardglass and Killough, with amazing views of the Mourne Mountains. Only 13 miles to the well-known seaside town of Newcastle, and 7 miles to the historic town of Downpatrick. There are shops and restaurants within easy access, and you can drive to Belfast in less than one hour. Ardglass fishing village and marina are located approximately one mile away and is home to an 18 hole links golf course. Located on the Lecale Way for walkers and cyclists, guests can enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area.
