It is actually 2 adjacent houses that were joined in 2000 by a small link area that enables each side to be private when needed.

We believe strongly that inside and outside spaces should relate seamlessly; outside you will find a beautiful wildlife garden (awarded ‘best small country garden in NI’ by Belfast Telegraph in 2014); inside you may be intrigued by the hand-painted furniture, gold leaf decoration and unpredictable colour schemes. If you enjoy art, peace, gardens, and nature, you will love it here. We have hosted all manner of interesting guests, and everyone loves the feeling of peace and the profusion of colour here. As a bonus, you can watch HD movies on the 8′ screen in your own cinema, and bathe in the privacy of your own outdoor hot tub, heated to 39 degrees.

Breakfast materials (fresh-made bread, butter, eggs, milk, marmalade, cereals) are provided when you arrive. You are welcome to cook whatever you like in the kitchen. There is a gas hob and an efficient tabletop oven and also microwave and good pots/utensils as well as a fridge, toaster, coffee makers etc. The kitchen is well equipped. I like to provide basics like oils, sugar, spices, teas, ground coffee etc so you don’t need to bring these things.
